At Oh! Nuts, we stand behind the premium quality of our snacks and candies. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for non-perishable items.
Return Process

Reach out to our support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain fresh and undamaged during the transit back to our facility.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
